摘要
为实现“养老服务供给增加、物业企业转型增能、社区治理提质增效”的目标,文本提出了“社区+物业+养老服务”模式,分析实施该模式的必要性和可行性,重点阐述该模式的运作思路以及所需要的政策支持,为人民群众解决“愁难急盼”养老问题、破解“两小养四老”的养老困境增加一个选择,具有现实可行性。
In order to achieve the goal of "increasing the supply of elderly care services,transforming and increa-sing the capacity of property enterprises,and improving the quality and efficiency of community governance",the "community+property+elderly care services" model is proposed;the necessity and feasibility of implementing the model are analyzed,and then the operation ideas of the model and the required policy support are expounded,which adds a choice for the people to solve the problem of "distress and urgency" for the elderly and solve the dilemma of "two children raising four elders ",which is realistically feasible.
