康妇消炎栓治疗子宫内膜异位症临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in the treatment of endometriosis

目的探讨应用康妇消炎栓治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年9月于滕州市中心人民医院妇科门诊收治的60例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为2组,研究组采用康妇消炎栓+优思明联合治疗3个月;对照组仅采用优思明治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗后痛经评分分布情况、痛经持续时间缩短情况、卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿缩小情况,并观察两组治疗引起的副反应,对结果进行统计学分析,评价两组治疗方案的临床效果。结果两组患者治疗后较治疗前相比,痛经的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和痛经持续时间均显著降低,卵巢囊肿直径显著缩小,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。其中,痛经VAS评分研究组较对照组降低更为显著(P<0.05);痛经持续时间研究组较对照组缩短更为明显(P<0.05);卵巢囊肿直径两组均较治疗前明显缩小,研究组卵巢囊肿直径较对照组缩小更为明显,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗期间两组肝功能异常、乳房胀痛、恶心及阴道不规则流血发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓联合优思明治疗子宫内膜异位症效果良好,更能够有效改善患者痛经程度,缩短痛经时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in patients with endometriosis.Methods From March 2022 to September 2023,60 patients who were treated in the gynecological clinic of Tengzhou Central People's Hospital were selected.According to different treatment options,the patients were divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository and Yasmin for 3 months,and the control group was treated with Yasmin for 3 months.The distribution of dysmenorrhea score,the shortening of dysmenorrhea duration and the reduction of ovarian endometriosis cyst were observed in the two groups after treatment,and the side effects caused by the two groups were observed.The results were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of dysmenorrhea and the duration of dysmenorrhea in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the diameter of ovarian cysts was significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the VAS score of dysmenorrhea in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the duration of dysmenorrhea in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The diameter of ovarian cysts in both groups was significantly smaller than that before treatment.The diameter of ovarian cysts in the experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of abnormal liver function,breast tenderness,nausea and irregular vaginal bleeding was similar in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository combined with Yasmin has a good effect in the treatment of endometriosis,which can effectively improve the degree of dysmenorrhea and shorten the time of dysmenorrhea.
