对中风病中医临床实践指南与共识中证候分型方法的研究与思考

Research and thinking on syndrome differentiation method in traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice guidelines and consensus of stroke

随着我国中医药标准化工作的不断推进,作为其重要内容的中医临床实践指南,在制订方法学方面也取得了一定的发展。中风病作为中医诊疗的优势病种,制订中风病中医临床实践指南对指导临床诊疗意义重大。近年来,我国已经发布了多部中风病中医及中西医相关临床实践指南与共识,笔者通过分析发现,部分指南与共识在中风病证候分型的数量、名称以及推荐方法层面存在一些问题,文章就该类问题进行分析,并提出相关建议,以期为中风病中医临床实践指南与共识的制订提供参考。

With the continuous advancement of standardization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China,the TCM clinical practice guidelines,as its important content,has also made certain progress in formulating methodology.Stroke is the dominant disease in TCM treatment,so it is of great significance to formulate TCM clinical practice guidelines of stroke.In recent years,China has issued many clinical practice guidelines and consensus on TCM and Chinese and Western medicine related to stroke.Through analysis,the author found that some guidelines and consensus have some problems in the number,name and recommendation method of syndrome types of stroke.This paper analyzes these problems and puts forward relevant suggestions,with a view to providing reference for the formulation of TCM clinical practice guidelines and consensus of stroke.
