壮医体质学说的概述与应用价值

Overview and application value of conditional theory in Zhuang medicine

体质学说是研究人类体质和疾病关系的一门新兴学科。壮医以壮医三大基本理论(阴阳为本论、三气同步论、三道两路论)为主导,对个体体质与健康和疾病差异现象的认识,构建了6种壮医体质类型(同步质、气道质、谷道质、水道质、龙路质、火路质),并应用于疾病诊疗和预防保健的全过程。文章总结壮医体质学说的渊源、理论基础和影响因素,阐述壮医体质的分型和应用,以期对壮医体质学说加以整理及提高,丰富和发展我国传统医学体质学说。

Constitution theory is an emerging discipline to study the relationship between human constitutions and diseases.Guided by three basic theories in Zhuang medicine,which are the theory of yin-yang being the basis,the theory of the harmony of three qi,and the three passages and two routes,and based on the acknowledgment on the relevance between individual constitutions and diseases in Zhuang medicine,6 typical constitutions,which includes harmony constitution,qi passage constitution,grain passage constitution,fluid passage constitution,dragon route constitution,and fire route constitution,were categorized and applied into the whole process of prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of diseases and health care.This paper summarizes the origin,theoretical basis and influencing factors of the constitution theory in Zhuang medicine,and elaborates the categorization and application of Zhuang medicine constitutions,with a view to improving and enriching constitution theory in traditional medicine.
