基于结构六经观探讨从阳虚辨治抑郁症

Discussion on treating depressive disorder from yang deficiency based on the structural six meridian view

在《伤寒杂病论》中,张仲景把机体对疾病的应答模式归纳为六大类,无论外感还是内伤诊治皆需六经辨证。“结构六经观”在全面继承六经学说的基础上以两大性质(亢奋/抑制)与3层结构(循环、肌筋膜-细胞间基质、细胞机能)合为新的六经辨证体系。抑郁症患者多阳虚,故在新的六经体系的基础上从扶助阳气角度入手治疗抑郁症可收获良好效果。

In Shanghan Zabing Lun,ZHANG Zhongjing summarized the body’s response to diseases into six categories,and the diagnosis and treatment of both external and internal injuries required the identification of the six meridians.The‘structural six meridians view’fully inherits the six meridians theory and combines two major properties(excitation/inhibition)and three layers of structure(circulation,myofascia-intercellular matrix,cellular function)into a new six meridian differentiation system.Most of the depressive disorder patients have yang deficiency,therefore,the treatment of depressive disorder based on the new six meridians system from the perspective of supporting yang qi can yield good results.
