艾灸在器官水平抗衰老机制的研究进展

Research progress on anti-aging mechanism of moxibustion on the organ level

人类寿命的延长导致全球直面老龄化的挑战。由于年龄相关疾病的发病率逐渐升高,医疗保健负担日益增加。近年来,艾灸应用于抗衰老方面已取得显著成果,疗效确切。笔者检索了艾灸抗衰老的相关实验研究文献并进行归纳分析,发现艾灸可通过大脑、性腺、肝脏、心脏等不同器官、不同环节、不同层次达到抗衰老目的。通过对这些文献的归纳,以期为深入探索艾灸延缓衰老的作用机制提供一定的帮助,以及为临床治疗衰老相关疾病提供相关参考依据。

The prolongation of human life span has been leading the world to face the challenge of aging.Due to the gradually high incidence rate,the burden of health care is increasing.In recent years,the application of moxibustion in anti aging has achieved remarkable results and definite curative effects.The related experimental research articles on anti-aging by moxibustion have been searched and analyzed in this paper.Morever,it has been discovered that moxibustion can achieve the goal of anti-aging through different organs,such as the brain,gonads,liver,and heart,at different stages,levels,and depths.Through the induction and prospect of these articles,we hope to offer some help for the in-depth exploration of moxibustion in delaying aging,and also provide relevant reference for aging-related diseases in clinical therapeutics.
