鲜马齿苋的古今临床应用及现代研究分析

鲜药是中医学数千年来的医治经验的总结,具有不可替代的优势,鲜药饮片也将是今后中药发展的新方向、新趋势。鲜马齿苋临床应用广泛,既可外用又可内服。现代药理研究表明,鲜马齿苋所含生物碱类、黄酮类及脂肪酸成分明显高于干品,其抗菌、抗氧化、抗过敏、降血糖作用优于干马齿苋。我国马齿苋分布广泛,药源广阔,价格低廉,但目前市面上鲜马齿苋的相关制剂仍较少,有必要开发马齿苋鲜药饮片。文章通过对鲜马齿苋的古今临床应用及现代研究特点进行整理归纳总结,探讨其现代临床使用策略,为鲜马齿苋的进一步开发研究与临床应用提供前期参考依据。
