浅论命门、元气、肾的关系

Relationship between mingmen,original qi and kidney

中医认为命门、元气、肾关乎生命的起源与繁衍,三者在中医理论中均具有极高的地位,随着各代医家对中医理论研究的不断深入与碰撞,三者的功能、联系亦随着时代的发展而逐渐完善,并产生了新的理论认知。笔者在查阅历代医家文献过程中发现,各代医家或论述其中之一,或阐述两者之间的关联,对于三者之间功能、位置及相互关系一直未有非常明确的表述。故整理总结历代医家著作,对三者之间的关系进行了归纳总结:命门与肾为人体一身水火之根,肾与命门均为元气之根;命门藏肾精,肾精以元气为使,通过三焦运行周身,完成人体的生理活动;三者在功能上的联系能更好地推动中医理论指导实践的步伐。肾为有形之脏,命门与元气均有名无形,但肾精需要通过命门,依托于元气,方能发挥其重要作用;三者的关系更好地诠释了中医“有形化无形,无形化有形”的思想,从而解释了生命的起源及其生理、病理基础。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that mingmen,original qi and kidney are related to the origin and reproduction of life,and they all have very importent position in the TCM theory.With the continuous deepening and collision of the theoretical TCM research by doctors of different generations,the functions and relations of the three are also gradually improved with the development of the times,and new theoretical cognition had emerged.In the process of consulting the medical literature of the past dynasties,the author found that the doctors of each generation either discussed one of them,or explained the relationship between the two,but there was no very clear statement about the function,position and relationship between the three.Therefore,the author summarized the medical works of the past dynasties,and summarized the relationship between the three:mingmen and the kidney are the root of water and fire in the human body,kidney and mingmen are the root of original qi;mingmen hides the kidney essence,which is driven by the original qi and runs through the triple energizer to complete the physiological activities of the human body.The functional connection of the three can better promote the pace of TCM theory guiding practice.Kidney is a tangible viscera,but mingmen and original qi are both intangible.The essence of kidney needs to pass through mingmen and rely on original qi to play its important role.The relationship between the three better explains the thought of‘tangible change to intangible,intangible change to tangible’in TCM,thus explaining the origin of life and its physiological and pathological basis.
