针刺治疗剖宫产术后腹胀疗效观察

Efficacy observation on acupuncture treatment of postoperative abdominal distension after cesarean section

目的:观察针刺治疗剖宫产术后产妇腹胀缓解情况。方法:选取乌鲁木齐友爱医院产科2021年10月至2023年10月符合纳入标准的剖宫产术后腹胀患者70例,按照抽取信封的方式随机分两组,每组35例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,试验组给予普通针刺+常规基础治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后腹胀程度、中医证候评分变化,并记录首次排气、排便时间。结果:试验组产妇术后首次排气时间、排便时间较对照组缩短(P<0.01),腹胀程度评分、中医证候评分治疗前后差值,试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用针刺治疗剖宫产术后腹胀患者,可缩短首次排气、排便时间,有效改善腹胀程度,促进胃肠功能的恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the relief of abdominal distension after cesarean section treated by acupuncture.Methods:Seventy patients with abdominal distension after cesarean section who met the inclusion criteria from October 2021 to October 2023 in the obstetric department of Urumqi Youai Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the way of envelope extraction,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic treatment,while the test group was given routine acupuncture+routine basic treatment.The degree of abdominal distension and the score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the time of first exhaust and defecation was recorded.Results:The times of first anal exhaust and defecation in the test group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the difference between the score of abdominal distension degree and the score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment in the test group were statistically better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment for abdominal distension patients after cesarean section can shorten the time of first exhaust and defecation,effectively improve the degree of abdominal distension,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and also help to regulate the TCM constitution,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
