摘要
洪潮灾害严重威胁着沿海地区的社会经济发展与人民的生产生活,其损失评估研究是实现洪潮灾害有效防治的重要依据。文章基于遥感影像数据、格网化的自然地理数据和空间化的社会经济数据,利用GIS技术将各项数据进行信息提取与空间分析,并借助经济学统计方法,对珠海市洪潮灾害影响下人员和财产损失进行定量评估。评估结果表明,珠海市以潮为主淹没损失远大于以洪为主及以雨为主的淹没损失,淹没损失数额随着洪水量级增加而增大。各区淹没损失特征与该区域产业分布、用地类型分布等密切相关。研究成果可为洪潮灾害评估提供方法借鉴,并为珠海市超标准洪水防御提供参考。
Flood-tide disasters pose a serious threat to the socio-economic development and peoples production and life in coastal areas.Research on disaster loss assessment is an important basis for achieving effective prevention and control of flood-tidal disasters.Based on remote sensing image data,grid physical geographic data and spatial social and economic data,this paper uses GIS technology to extract information and conduct spatial analysis of various data,and uses economic statistical methods to conduct quantitative assessment of human and property losses under the impact of flood disaster in Zhuhai City.The evaluation results indicate that the losses caused by tidal flooding in Zhuhai City are much greater than those caused by floods and rain,and the amount of inundation losses increases with the increase of flood magnitude.The characteristics of inundation losses in each district are closely related to the distribution of industry and land use.The research results can provide a reference for flood-tide disaster assessment,and provide a reference for over-standard flood prevention in Zhuhai City.
