摘要
国家和水利部对智慧水利建设十分重视,大力推进数字孪生流域建设。该文以飞来峡水利枢纽为例,应用无人机倾斜摄影以及激光雷达航测技术,制作了正射影像分辨率优于5 cm、实景三维模型优于3 cm、数字高程模型格网尺寸优于0.5 m等多种类型数据,构建了L2、L3级别的流域数据底板。该方法具有融合多分辨率航测图像的优势,经实地采样点检验,数据精度符合要求,可为水利工程级别的数据底板构建提供一种实用性方案。
Based on the importance attached by the country and the Ministry of Water Resources to the construction of smart water conservancy,and to vigorously promote the construction of digital twin watersheds,this article proposes to use drone photogrammetry technology for geographic information data collection to construct a watershed data baseboard.Taking the Feilaixia Water Conservancy Hub as an example,various types of data,such as digital elevation models,digital orthophotos,and real-life 3D models,were collected using drone aerial survey technology.Field sampling was conducted to verify that the data accuracy met the standard requirements,providing a new reference scheme for the collection of geographic information data in the subsequent construction of watershed data baseboard.
