广东省新入职护士灾害护理核心能力潜在剖面及影响因素分析

Latent Profile and Influencing Factors Analysis of Disaster Nursing Core Competencies for Newly Graduated Nurses in Guangdong Province,China

目的基于国际护士协会(International Concil of Nurses,ICN)颁布的《灾害护理核心能力2.0》(core competencies in disaster nursing version 2.0,CCDN 2.0)框架,探讨新入职护士灾害护理核心能力的潜在类别及其影响因素。方法2023年7月,采用便利抽样法选取广东省新入职的607名护士为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表和执业护士灾害护理核心能力量表对其进行调查,运用潜在剖面分析、单因素分析和多元Logistic回归分析确定不同剖面及其影响因素。结果广东省新入职护士的灾害护理核心能力可分为能力尚可组、能力中等-沟通水平低下组、能力严重不足组3种潜在类别。实习期间灾害应急救护演练经验、ICU实习经历和参加过抗疫志愿服务是潜在类别的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论灾害护理核心能力存在异质性,新入职护士应根据不同类别的影响因素对其进行针对性指导,以提高新入职护士的灾害护理核心能力。

Objective To explore the potential categories and influencing factors of disaster nursing core competencies for newly graduated nurses.Methods In July 2023,607 new graduated nurses who were recruited in Guangdong Province were selected by convenient sampling method.General Information Questionnaire and the Core Competencies In Disaster Nursing Scale-General Professional Nurse were used to investigate them.Latent profile analysis,univariate analysis,and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to identify distinct profiles and influencing factors.Results The core competencies of disaster nursing for new nurses can be categorized into three potential categories:fair competence group,medium competence-low communication level group,and seriously insufficient competence group.They had participated in disaster emergency care,experience in ICU during their internship and participated in anti-epidemic volunteer service influenced the potential categories of disaster nursing core competencies for the new nurses(all P<0.05).Conclusions There is heterogeneity of disaster nursing core competencies for newly graduated nurses,and medical staff should give targeted guidance to improve core disaster care capabilities according to different types of influencing factors.
