摘要
为了明晰京杭运河流域标准内河船舶的建造容量,基于现有内河船舶基地建设情况,通过统计分析的方法,开展京杭运河流域标准内河船舶建造市场分析。分析结果表明:京杭运河流域船舶具有绝对数量多、船龄偏大、标准船型占比偏低、船舶平均吨位不大的特点;随着船舶老化更替以及船舶小改大、油改气、散改集等发展,京杭运河船舶建造市场未来容量在2114艘/220万载重吨较为合适;考虑航运市场需求的发展,未来内河船舶建造基地应预留河海直达船舶的建造能力,同时考虑内河船舶修理和改装需求。研究结果可为建立现代内河船舶产业体系,制定内河船舶建造、运营和管理等相关政策提供参考。
In order to clarify the standard inland vessel construction capacity in the Beijing-Hangzhou canal basin,based on the construction of the existing inland vessel base,the market analysis of the standard inland vessel construction in the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Basin is carried out by the method of statistical analysis.The analysis results show that the vessels in the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Basin have the characteristics of large absolute number,large age,low proportion of standard vessel types,and small average tonnage of vessels.With the aging and replacement of vessels and the development of small and large vessels,oil to gas,and scattered to centralized,the future capacity of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal vessel construction market is more suitable at 2114 vessels/2.2 million deadweight tons;Considering the development of shipping market demand,the future inland vessel construction base should reserve the construction capacity of direct river-sea vessels,and at the same time consider the needs of inland vessel repair and modification.The research results can provide reference for the establishment of a modern inland vessel industry system and the formulation of relevant policies for the construction,operation and management of inland vessels.
