锂离子电池正极材料烧结窑炉的发展历程及展望

摘要 随着全球新能源汽车的高速发展,锂离子电池行业成为了中国产业发展的重点领域之一,其中锂离子电池材料的生产是上游产业中最重要的环节之一。正极材料的生产工艺对锂离子电池的比容量、放电平台、循环性能和安全性等具有重要的影响。当前正极材料的生产工艺不可避免地包含烧结这一固相反应过程。烧结窑炉作为正极材料固相反应阶段最重要的设备,其发展将深刻影响锂离子电池产品的性能和成本。本文以锂离子电池正极材料中常用的磷酸铁锂和三元材料为研究重点,探讨了锂离子电池行业烧结窑炉的发展历程及供求双方的考量因素,并归纳总结了烧结窑炉的现存问题和发展方向。 With the rapid development of new energy vehicles in the world,the lithium-ion battery industry has become a key area of industrial development in China,of which the production of lithium-ion battery materials is one of the most important links in the upstream industry.The production process of cathode material has important influence on the specific capacity,discharge platform,cycle performance and safety of the lithium-ion batteries.The current production process of cathode materials inevitably includes the solid-state reaction process of sintering.As the most important equipment in the solid-state reaction stage of cathode materials,the development of sintering kilns will have a profound impact on the performance and cost of lithium-ion battery products.This paper focuses on lithium iron phosphate and ternary materials which are commonly used as cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries,discusses the development history of sintering kilns in lithium-ion battery industry and considerations of supply and demand,and summarizes the existing problems and development direction of sintering kilns.
