Research on the safety of portable lithium-ion batteries

本文主要研究了国内外具有代表性的便携式锂离子电池的安全测试标准,包括GB 31241—2014、GB/T 18287—2013、SJ/T 11778—2021、IEC 62133-2:2017、UL 1642—2020、UL 2054:2021。主要从电气安全、机械安全、环境安全3个角度对国内外标准安全性能测试方法进行对比分析,旨在辨析国内外便携式锂离子电池使用范围、测试项目、测试方法以及测试对象等所存在的差异性。

This article primarily investigates representative portable lithium-ion battery safety testing standards both domestically and internationally,including GB 31241—2014,GB/T 18287—2013,SJ/T 11778—2021,IEC 62133-2:2017,UL1642:2020,and UL 2054:2021.This article aims to conduct a comparative analysis of safety performance testing methods for portable lithium-ion batteries from the perspectives of electrical safety,meachanical safety,and environmental safety.The objective is to differentiate the differences in the scope of use,testing items,testing methods,and testing subjects of portable lithium-ion batteries between domestic and international standards.
