摘要 面向时代变革、开放视野站位,梅园实验学校遵循“生活·实践”教育理念,研究实践以“循理顺性,协同共生”为核心理念的“Co-school”协同型办学模式,即彰显“协同性、开放性、实践性”重要内在特征,以“构建协同型管理(Co-management)、打造协同型环境(Co-environment)和建立协同型生态(Co-ecology)”为实践路径,致力于在生活导向与实践精神引领下建设一种适应未来人才需求培育的学校治理逻辑,构建开放、包容、共享的协同共生教育生态,形成面向新时代教育治理方式变革的深圳探索,为基础教育改革创新贡献新思路。 Facing the changes of the times and with an open vision,Meiyuan Experimental School follows the concept of life practice education,explores and practices the Co-school collaborative school model with the core concept of“rationality collaborative and symbiosis”,that is to say,it highlights the important inherent characteristics of collaboration,openness and practicality,and takes Co-management,Co-environment and Co-ecology as the practical paths.It is committed to building a school governance logic that adapts to the future needs of talents and the way of parenting in the new era under the guidance of life orientation and the spirit of practice,constructing a collaborative and symbiotic education ecology that is open,inclusive and shared,forming the Shenzhen reform exploration in the mode of educational governance in the face of the new era,and contributing new thinking to the reform and innovation of basic education.
