In the context of reducing development,Beijing has im-plemented a number of urban renewal projects,forming a sample and development path of urban renewal that is in line with the strategic positioning of the capital city and has Beijing characteristics.Taking International Cultural and Technological Park project in Beijing South Axis as an example,exploring the urban renewal path centered on the technology industry,to provide references for other urban renewal projects.
