产业特性视角下生物医药产业园设计实践——以中粮·达瑞兴生命健康产业园设计为例

Design Practice of Biomedical Industry Park from the Perspective of Industrial Characteristic:Taking Design of COFCO Daruixing Life and Health Industry Park as an Example

生物医药产业是面向人民生命健康的战略性新兴产业,生物医药产业园空间设计具有较强的产业特性导向,有待进一步深化研究。以中粮·达瑞兴生命健康产业园设计为例,基于产业特性视角开展生物医药类产业园设计策略研究,进而提高我国生物医药产业园与产业特性匹配度。

Biomedical industry is the strategic emerging industry aimed at people’s life and health,the spatial design of biomedical industrial parks has strong industrial charac-teristics orientation and needs further in-depth research.Taking the design of COFCO Daruixing Life and Health Industry Park as an example,research is conducted on the design strategy of biopharmaceutical industry parks from the perspective of industry characteristics,in order to improve the matching degree between China’s biophar-maceutical industry parks and industry characteristics.
