Rural Renewal Based on Mechanism-driven:Taking Pilot Project of Rural Comprehensive Reform in Hua'an County as an Example

以福建省漳州市华安县农村综合性改革试点试验项目为例,阐述引入机制驱动的项目规划理念,以乡村综合发展为目标,以利益传导为内在动因,以空间更新为外在形态,探索更持续的乡村更新发展路径。

Taking the pilot project of rural comprehensive reform in Hua’an County,Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province as an example,the project planning concept of introducing mechanism-driven is elaborated,a more sustainable path of rural renewal and development is explored with com-prehensive rural development as the goal,interest trans-mission as the internal motivation,and space renewal as the external form.
