可供性理论视角下商业空间更新研究——以北京坊为例

摘要 自党的“二十大”召开以来,城市发展对空间资源的需求日益增长,空间资源优化利用已成为推动未来城市建设的主要力量。在此背景下,历史文化的保护与传承工作尤为重要,已成为政府工作的关键任务。基于可供性理论,以北京坊商业空间改造提升为例,深入探讨在历史文化遗址保护背景下如何制定有效的设计策略,形成既能保护资源又能促进文化升级的空间格局,推动产业结构优化和生产生活方式革新,进而推进商业业态的高质量发展,实现历史文化与现代商业的和谐共生,为城市可持续发展注入新的活力。 Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the demand for spatial resources in urban development has been increasing day by day,and opti-mizing the utilization of spatial resources has become a major force in promoting future urban construction.In this context,the protection and inheritance of historical and cultural heritage have become particularly important and have become a key task of government work.Based on the theory of availability,taking the transformation and upgrading of commercial spaces in Beijing Fang as an example,how to formulate effective design strategies are explored in depth under the background of historical and cultural heritage preservation,forming a spatial pattern that can not only protect resources but also promote cultural upgrading,to promote the optimization of indus-trial structure and the innovation of production and living methods,and further promote the high-quality develop-ment of commercial formats,achieving the harmonious coexistence of historical culture and modern commerce,and injecting new vitality into the sustainable development of the city.
