Affordable housing is an important component of China’s housing supply system.Planning and constructing affor-dable housing is a major reform to improve the housing system and supply system,reconstruct the market and guarantee relationship.Taking the planning and design of the collective land rental housing project in Dongxiaoying Village,Shangzhuang Town as an example,starting from the background and policies of the collective land rental housing project,by practicing the“New Four in One”plan-ning concept and combining urban context and natural environment,the modern livable community is created.
