摘要
自主发展是教师发展的根本属性,提升自主性是教师专业发展的关键问题,赋权增能是教师实现自主发展的基本路径。实现教师自主发展,要在以制度保障教师专业自主权的前提下,激发教师的自我导向、自主学习、自我探索和自主反思意识,着力提升教师的职业规划能力、自我调节能力、教育研究能力和反思改进能力。
Self development is the fundamental attribute of teacher development;enhancing autonomy is a key issue for teachers'professional development,and empowerment along with capacity building are the basic paths for teachers to achieve self development.To achieve self development,it is necessary to ensure teachers'professional autonomy rights through institutional safeguards.Under this premise,we should stimulate teachers'self direction,self learning,self exploration,and self reflection.Additionally,we need to continuously improve their abilities in career planning,self regulation,educational research,and skills in reflection and improvement.
