摘要
本文用静电纺丝法制备氧化镝、氧化钐纳米纤维,探究了稀土氧化物纳米纤维可纺性的实验条件,并用SEM观察其前驱体及最终产物的形貌。结果表明,在电压为15 kV、推注速率为0.05 mm·min^(-1)、湿度为50%、针头规格为21、接收距离为15 cm、接收速率为80 r/min的电纺条件下,当以11 g PVP+15 mL乙醇+4.6 mL氯化钐的体系为电纺液时,可以得到形貌光滑、直径约390 nm的氧化钐纤维前驱体,经过600℃煅烧后,得到直径约为100 nm的氧化钐纳米纤维;当以9.5 g PVP+15 mL乙醇+4.79 mL氯化镝体系为电纺液时,可以得到光滑的直径为200 nm~400 nm的氧化镝纤维前驱体,经过600℃煅烧后,得到直径约为50 nm的氧化镝纳米纤维。
In this paper,the nanofibers of dysprosium oxide and samarium oxide were prepared by electrospinning.The experimental conditions of spinnability of rare earth oxides of nanofibers were investigated.The morphology of precursors and final products was observed by SEM.The results showed that:Under the conditions of voltage of 15 kV,injection rate of 0.05 mm·min^(-1),humidity of 50%,needle size of 21,receiving distance of 15 cm and receiving rate of 80 r/min,When using the system of 11 g PVP+15 mL ethanol+4.6 mL samarium chloride as the electrospinning solution,the fibrous of samarium oxide precursor with a smooth morphology and a diameter of about 390 nm can be obtained.After calcination at 600℃,nanofibrous of samarium oxide with a diameter of about 100 nm can be obtained.When the system of 9.5 g PVP+15 mL ethanol+4.79 mL dysprosium chloride is used as electrospinning solution,the smooth precursor of dysprosium oxide fibrous with a diameter of 200 nm~400 nm can be obtained.After calcination at 600℃,the dysprosium oxide nanofiber with a diameter of about 50 nm can be obtained.
