氧-乙醇汽油喷嘴中燃料入口几何参数的数值研究

摘要 利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,针对一种氧-乙醇汽油喷嘴中燃料入口的几何参数进行数值仿真分析,通过对该氧-乙醇汽油喷嘴内部流场的数值模拟,分别对比燃料入口直径、长度和角度发生改变时,喷嘴内部压力场和密度场的变化趋势。通过数值分析找出燃料入口几何参数对该喷嘴雾化性能的影响,为该氧-乙醇汽油喷嘴的燃料入口几何尺寸设计提供了一定的参考依据。 This article uses computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT to conduct numerical simulation analysis on the geometric parameters of the fuel inlet in an oxygen ethanol gasoline nozzle.Through numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the oxygen ethanol gasoline nozzle,the changing trends of the pressure and density fields inside the nozzle are compared when the fuel inlet diameter,length and angle change.Through numerical analysis,the influence of fuel inlet geometric parameters on the atomization performance of the nozzle is identified,providing a certain reference for the design of the fuel inlet geometric size of the oxygen ethanol gasoline nozzle.
