ZIF-8改性海藻酸钠吸附水中铜离子的研究

摘要 以海藻酸钠(SA)为基底,通过MOFs改性的方法制备一种吸附剂复合材料ZIF-8/SA凝胶球,用于水中Cu(Ⅱ)去除的研究。研究pH、Cu(Ⅱ)初始质量浓度对复合凝胶球吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射光谱和傅里叶变换红外光谱等表征手段进行分析。结果表明,当溶液pH=5、Cu(Ⅱ)初始质量浓度为300 mg/L时,0.3 ZIF-8/SA对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附量可达164.6 mg/g,实验数据和过程符合Langmuir和拟二级动力学模型。吸附剂循环使用5次后,吸附量的保留率仍为80.2%。 An adsorbent composite material of ZIF-8/SA gel spheres was prepared using sodium alginate(SA)by MOFs modification for Cu(Ⅱ)removal from water.The effects of pH,initial Cu(Ⅱ)concentration on the adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)by composite gel spheres were investigated.SEM,XRD and FTIR were used to analyze the samples.The results showed that the adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)by 0.3 ZIF-8/SA could reach 164.6 mg/g when the pH of solution is 5 and the Cu(Ⅱ)initial concentration was 300 mg/L.The experimental data and the process were in accordance with Langmuir and pseudo-second order kinetic models.The retention rate of adsorbent was 80.2%after 5 times of recycling.
