医务社会工作者情感劳动状况及支持策略研究——基于抗逆力的整合分析

Research on the Emotional Labor Status and Support Strategies of Medical Social Workers:Integrated Analysis Based on Resilience

作为助人行业,社会工作的服务过程充盈着同情、共情、移情等要素,需要感受特定的规则约束并向场域中的主体表达适当的情感。研究发现,在医院的特殊场域中,病患的负面情感以及创伤事件等危险性因素影响着医务社会工作者的职业心理健康,二者在互动过程中产生的负面情感累积,会以情感疲劳或者工作倦怠感的体验进而外化为具体行为。基于抗逆力与情绪劳动的整合模型,社会工作者利用自身心理弹性机制进行自我调节的同时,仍需强化保护性因素以寻求情感调适与支持,实现医院结构性条件与社会工作者情感劳动实践的协调互构,避免因情感能量损耗危及正常服务或者继续职业化进程。

As a helping profession,the service process of social work is full of elements such as sympathy,empathy and empathy,and it is necessary to feel the constraints of specific rules and express appropriate emotions to the subjects in the field.The study finds that in the special field of hospitals,patients'negative emotions and risk factors such as traumatic events affect the occupational mental health of medical social workers,and the negative emotions generated in the interaction between the two will accumulate and be externalized into specific behaviors as the experience of emotional fatigue or work burnout.Based on the integration model of resilience and emotional labor,social workers need to strengthen protective factors to seek emotional adjustment and support while using their own psychological resilience mechanism for self-regulation,so as to realize the coordination and mutual construction of hospital structural conditions and social workers'emotional labor practices,so as to avoid endangering normal services or continuing the professional process due to emotional energy loss.
