摘要
介绍了浮法玻璃原料中夹杂石英玻璃所引起的固相缺陷现象。通过X射线荧光光谱、X射线衍射及电子探针等检测方法对该类缺陷进行表征,展示了石英玻璃引起的固相缺陷和其他硅质结石在化学成分和晶型上的区别,为判断和解决石英玻璃引起的缺陷问题提供参考依据。
The glass defect caused by silica glass introduced from cullet occurs frequently in sheet glass manufacturing lately.In this artical,the glass defect caused by silica glass were characterized using XRF,XRD,EPMA.The microtopography,chemical composition,and phase composition of this defects were summarized in detail.These results provide the necessary information to differentiate between the defect caused by silica glass and the other silica stones in sheet glass manufacturing.
