摘要
近年来,河北省农村地区清洁取暖改造基本完成,但农房节能改造整体滞后。在推广冬季采暖煤改气、煤改电过程中,部分地区由于缺少相应的建筑节能改造,农房冬季热损失大、热舒适性差、农户需要支付的能源费用增多等问题日益突出,针对此现象,自2022年起,河北省城乡和住房建设厅开展了装配式农村住房建设试点工作。以装配式推广建设成效显著的河北省衡水市为例,从政府、企业、农户的多元主体出发,探究装配式农房的建设与推广路径,为推广装配式农房打造可复制、可参考的创新范式。
In recent years,the renovation of clean heating in rural areas of Hebei Province has been basically completed,but the overall transformation of energy saving in rural housing lags behind.In the promotion of winter heating coal to gas,coal to electricity in the process,due to the lack of corresponding building energy saving transformation in some areas,rural housing winter heat loss,poor thermal comfort,farmers need to pay more energy costs and other problems become increasingly prominent,in response to this phenomenon,since 2022,Hebei Province urban and rural and housing construction Department carried out the prefabricated rural housing construction pilot work.Taking Hengshui City of Hebei Province as an example,the paper explores the construction and promotion path of prefabricated farm houses from the multiple subjects of government,enterprises and farmers,and creates a replicable and referable innovation paradigm for the promotion of prefabricated farm houses.
