摘要
为实现某款工程机械用发动机油耗测量设备正常工作,对其控制系统进行了设计。该控制系统以STM32单片机为控制单元,分别对电源管理模块、单片机模块、电磁阀驱动模块、传感器选择与信号处理模块、数据存储模块和显示屏模块等硬件电路进行设计,并完成了对应的软件开发。测试实验结果表明:该控制系统能够控制电磁阀启停,使设备平稳供油连续测量,与高精度油耗仪器对比,该设备测量误差在1.5%以内,满足了预期的要求。
In order to realize the normal operation of an engine fuel consumption measuring device for construction machinery,the control system was designed.The control system takes STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control unit.The hardware circuits such as power management module,solenoid valve driving module,sensor signal,data transmission,data storage and display module were designed respectively,and the corresponding software was developed.Assembly test was carried out for experiment.The results show that the control system can control the start and stop of the solenoid valve,so that the equipment can supply oil smoothly and measure continuously.Compared with the high-precision fuel consumption instrument,the measurement accuracy of this device is within 1.5%,which meets the expected requirements.
