益气活血方联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Combined with Compound Anisodine Injection on Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

目的:探讨益气活血方联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变(ION)的疗效及对患者血清25-羟维生素D、内皮素-1的影响。方法:选本院2021-08-2022-08收治102例ION患者,随机数字表法分观察组(50例)和对照组(52例),对照组患者使用益气活血法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗,检测并比较治疗前后两组患者血清25-羟维生素D、内皮素-1、中医证候积分水平、视野缺损度(MD)、视盘各象限视神经纤维层厚度(ATRN-FL)、视野敏感度(MS)等。结果:较同组治疗前比较,治疗后两组中医证候积分水平、MD、ATRN-FL、内皮素-1水平均降低,而血清25-羟维生素D、MS水平升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);且观察组治疗后视物模糊、视疲劳、暗影遮挡、头晕、面色淡白、身倦乏力、气少懒言评分以及MD、ATRN-FL、内皮素-1水平均低于对照组,而25-羟维生素D、MS水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);且两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血方联合复方樟柳碱注射液可有效降低缺血性视神经病变患者中医证候积分水平,改善和提升患者视野及视力,利于患者恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue method combined with compound anisodine injection on ischemic optic neuropathy and its influence on serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and endothelin-1 levels.Method:A total of 102 patients with ischemic optic neuropathy from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(52 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with supplementing Qi and promoting blood circulation,and the observation group was treated with compound anisodine injection on the basis of the control group.Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D,endothelin-1,TCM syndrome score level,visual field defect(MD),optic nerve fiber layer thickness(ATRN-FL)in each quadrant of optic disc,and visual field sensitivity(MS)were detected.Results:Compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome score level,MD,ATRN-FL and endothelin-1 levels were decreased after treatment,while serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and MS levels were increased,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Moreover,compared with the control group,after treatment,the blurred vision,visual fatigue,shadow occlusion,dizziness,pale complexion,fatigue and lethargy scores,as well as the levels of MD,ATRN-FL and endothelin-1 in the observation group were decreased,while the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and MS were increased,with statistical differences(P<0.01).In addition,the curative effect of observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).And there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:After the treatment of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy by supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation combined with compound anisodine injection,it can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score level of patients,improve and enhance the visual field and vision of patients,and facilitate the recovery of patients.
