摘要
为了解决目前边境巡逻多旋翼无人机续航能力不足、巡航范围受限的问题,研究了一种应用于沿边境巡逻,具有辅助对准功能的无人机无线充电方案,为无人机执行远距离边境巡逻任务提供保障。设计了中继电能补给站供电和辅助降偏矫正系统,无人机降落后自动对准,开启供电系统实施充电;设计了无人机机载电能接收及充电系统,对发射电能实施有效接收,并转换为可控的恒流及恒压能量流输送至机载电池;搭建了微缩化实验样机,测试结果表明辅助对准系统可实现无人机精确对准,无线充电系统实现了71.3 W能量传输,对应整机充电效率84.6%,机载的电能接收机构仅重28 g。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient endurance and limited cruising range of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in border patrol,a charging scheme for autonomous entry of UAV in border patrol was proposed,which provides guarantee for UAV to perform long-distance border patrol tasks.The power supply and auxiliary deviation correction system of relay power supply station was designed.The UAV automatically aligns after landing,and the power supply system was turned on to charge.The UAV airborne power receiving and charging system was designed to effectively receive the transmitted power and convert it into controllable constant current and constant voltage energy flow to the airborne battery.A miniature experimental prototype was built.The test results show that the auxiliary alignment system can achieve accurate alignment of the UAV.The wireless charging system realizes 71.3 W energy transmission,and the corresponding charging efficiency of the whole machine is 84.6%.The airborne power receiving mechanism only weighs 28 g.
