Cognition,Attitude and Behavior:Three Dimensions of Cultural Construction of National Discourse Power

民族话语权的构筑既是彰显国力与软实力的重要内容,也是蕴含民族共同体与命运共同体的精神载体。近年来,西方污名化的浪潮此起彼伏、愈演愈烈,极大地损害了中国国际形象,而随着数字化的不断深入,话语权之争也凝聚出了新形态。在新的时代背景下,民族话语权亟需进步发展、巩固创新,这不仅有助于新时代中国特色社会主义建设,更体现出中华民族共同体的坚韧意志。文章提出以现实为基点,聚焦于传播效果,从认知、态度、行为三个维度探究地方叙事与国家叙事、自我形象与共同想象、民族认同与民族意识下所隐藏的话语困境与机遇,围绕话语母本、话语空间、话语价值进行民族话语权的文化构筑。

The construction of national discourse power is not only an important content that demonstrates national strength and soft power,but also a spiritual vessel encompassing a community for the Chinese nation and a community of shared future.In recent years,the wave of Western stigmatization has been rising and intensifying,greatly damaging China's national image.With the deepening of digitalization,the battle for discourse power has also condensed into a new form.In the context of the new era,national discourse power urgently needs to be further developed,consolidated and innovated.This is not only conducive to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also reflects the tenacity of a community for the Chinese nation.The paper proposes taking reality as the starting point,focusing on the effect of communication,exploring the dilemmas and opportunities of discourse hidden under local narrative and national narrative,self-image and common imagination,national identity and national consciousness from the three dimensions of cognition,attitude,and behavior,and carrying out the cultural construction of national discourse text,discourse space and discourse value.
