竞争、颠覆与重构:西方在中亚“去俄殖民化”的记忆政治

Competition,Subversion,and Reconstruction:The Memory Politics of"Decolonizing Russia"in Central Asia

2022年俄乌战争以来,西方在后苏联空间,特别是在中亚掀起了规模化的“去俄罗斯殖民化”(Decolonize Russia)活动,将沙俄帝国—苏联帝国—俄罗斯视为未曾断连的邪恶殖民帝国,呼吁并指导相关国家采取“去俄殖民化”手段清算苏联历史并结束当下与俄罗斯之间的依附和等级关系。文章认为,历史记忆是对历史事件选择性刻写及凸显的结果,西方将历史记忆武器化开展针对俄罗斯的混合战争,意图通过对中亚历史记忆的清洗和重构加速孤立俄罗斯,重塑地缘政治结构。文章在记忆政治的视角下对西方在中亚地区的“去俄殖民化”话语及实践进行分析,揭示西方操控中亚历史记忆的因由及实践路径。

Since the Russia-Ukraine War in 2022,some West countries have launched a large-scale campaign of"decolonizing Russia"in the post-Soviet space,especially in Central Asia,treating the Tsarist Russian Empire,Soviet Empire and Russia as an evil and successive colonial empire,thus calling on and guiding relevant countries to adopt"decolonization"measures to reevaluate the Soviet history and end the current dependence and hierarchical relationship with Russia.This paper argues that historical memory is the result of selective writing and highlighting of historical events.The West weaponizes"historical memory"to carry out a hybrid war against Russia,with the intention of accelerating the isolation of Russia and reshaping the geopolitical structure through the cleansing and reconstruction of historical memory in Central Asia.From the perspective of memory politics,this paper analyzes the discourse and practice of"decolonizing Russia"by the West in Central Asia,and reveals the reasons and practical paths for the West's manipulation of historical memory in Central Asia.
