在双高计划背景下,文章以高职创新型技术技能人才的培养模式为出发点,从构建人才培养标准,培养模式、人才培养路径三个视角,对当前高职高专院校创新型技术技能人才培养的重要性、迫切性进行深入分析,提出构建政行企校“四位一体”的创新型人才培养模式,形成个性化、多渠道的创新型人才培养路径,并在陕西国防工业职业技术学院的机电一体化技术双高专业群中进行了系统化实证研究和实践检验,为高职院校创新型技术技能人才的培养提供借鉴和参考。
