摘要
新质生产力的崛起对高职教育的高质量发展提出了新的挑战,作为与产业发展最为紧密的高等教育类型,高职教育肩负着培养新质生产力发展所需的复合型、创新型技术技能人才的重任。然而,在新一轮科技革命和产业变革背景下,高职教育面临着传统的教育理念有待更新、教学体系有待完善、产教融合人才培养的效率有待增强等现实困境。为更好地满足新质生产力的发展诉求,文章系统性探究了高职教育高质量发展的路径:一是转变育人理念,从“技术技能”到“核心素养”;二是重构教学体系,从“刚性执行”到“柔性实现”;三是深化产教融合,从“单向驱动”到“双向赋能”。
The rise of new quality productivity poses new challenges to the high-quality development of higher vocational education,As the most closely related type of higher education to industrial development,higher vocational education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating compound innovative technical and skilled talents required for the development of new quality productivity.However,in the context of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,vocational education is facing practical difficulties such as the need to update traditional educational concepts,improve teaching systems,and enhance the effectiveness of talent cultivation through industry education integration.Therefore,in order to better adapt to the development demands of new quality productivity,a systematic exploration has been conducted on the path of high-quality development ofhigher vocational education:firstly,transforming the concept of education from"technical skills"to"core competencies";The second is to reconstruct the teaching system,from"rigid execution"to"flexible implementation";The third is to deepen the integration of industry and education,from"one-way drive"to"two-way empowerment".
