摘要
陶行知“三力论”的内涵具有一定的时代性,会随着时代发展持续演变。本研究从陶行知“三力论”的视角,分析了生活力、自动力和创造力对师范生核心素养培养的影响,建构“三力论”与师范生核心素养培养的内在逻辑关联。进而基于陶行知“三力论”提出师范生理想信念与师德素养、学科专业能力、教育教学能力、反思创新能力的培养策略。
The connotation of Tao Xingzhi's"Three-competency Theory"has a certain timeliness and will continue to evolve with the development of the times.This study analyzes the impact of life force,automatic force,and creativity on the cultivation of core competencies of normal university students from the perspective of Tao Xingzhi's"Threecompetency Theory",and constructs the internal logical relationship between the"Three-competency Theory"and the cultivation of core competencies of normal university students.Furthermore,based on Tao Xingzhi's"Three-competency Theory",strategies for cultivating the ideal beliefs,professional ethics,disciplinary abilities,educational and teaching abilities,and reflective and innovative abilities of teacher trainees are proposed.
