“职业带”理论下高职人才培养模式研究——以机电一体化专业为例

Research on the Talent Training Model of Higher Vocational Education under the Theory of"Career Belt"--Taking mechatronics as an example

在职业本科背景下,基于“职业带”理论,重庆地区高职专科机电一体化专业人才培养应结合成渝地区双城经济圈建设方向,定位现代自动化生产线和半导体智能装备的安装、调试、改造升级,以及运维等工作岗位,构建课程体系;坚定立德树人、德技并修的目标,结合服务行业和企业,校企共建,优化课程内容;以学生为中心,健全科学的评价标准,形成完整的鉴定体系,培养企业需要的人才,促进经济高质量发展,引领职业教育高素质发展。

In the context of vocational undergraduate education,based on the theory of"occupational spectrum",the talent cultivation of mechatronics integration majors in vocational colleges in Chongqing should be combined with the direction of the construction of the Chengdu Chongqing economic circle,positioning the installation,commissioning,transformation and upgrading of modern automated production lines and semiconductor intelligent equipment,as well as operation and maintenance positions,and constructing a curriculum system;Adhere to the goal of cultivating moral character and combining moral and technical education,and optimize course content through joint efforts between schools and enterprises in the service industry and enterprises;Putting students at the center,establishing scientific evaluation criteria,forming a complete appraisal system,cultivating talents needed by enterprises,promoting highquality economic development,and leading the high-quality development of vocational education.
