摘要
文章针对固体废物安全焚烧处理技术的工程现状和实际需求,综合设计了典型工业制药普通固体废物焚烧过程及行为分析的实验体系。为便于实验教师实时对学生的实验成果开展检测和评判,文章提出了三个过程化判定依据,即温度滞后现象、线性相关系数和活化能相对变化率三个评判指标。本实验设计为师生互动式的过程化实践教学提供了案例参考。
The article focuses on the engineering status and practical needs of safe incineration technology for solid waste,and comprehensively designs an experimental system for analyzing the incineration process and behavior oftypical industrial pharmaceutical ordinary solid waste.In order to facilitate real-time detection and evaluation of students'experimental results by experimental teachers,the article proposes three process based judgment criteria,namely temperature hysteresis phenomenon,linear correlation coefficient,and relative change rate of activation energy.This experimental design provides a case reference for interactive process based practical teaching between teachers and students.
