摘要
文章通过面向宁波2024届高校毕业生开展留甬就业意愿影响因素问卷调查,从人口因素、家庭因素、教育因素和地区因素方面展开分析,提出了加强政府、高校与企业协同联动,提供全周期就业指导与服务;增进大学生与就学地城市的“有益互动”与“社会连接”;搭建大学生实习实践平台;提升就业管理与服务的数字化水平,建立本地区高校毕业生就业动态信息数据库等建议。
By conducting a survey on the factors influencing the employment willingness of the 2024 graduates of eight colleges in Ningbo.The study found that population factors,family factors,education factors and regional factors influence the employment willingness of college graduates.Based on the analysis of these factors,the following suggestions are proposed:strengthen the collaborative linkage of the and provide full-cycle employment guidance and services;enhancing the"beneficial interaction"and"social connection"between college students and the city;Building an internship and practical platform for college students;Improving the digital level of employment management and services.
