摘要
文章基于标准化人才培养理念,分析了当前高职学前教育专业人才培养中存在的问题,旨在通过明确的标准和规范,提升人才培养质量,并进一步提出高职学前教育专业教学质量提升策略,包括课程设置、教学管理、实践教学和师资队伍等方面的标准化,并详细阐述了这些策略的具体实施路径,如政策引导、校企合作和国际交流等。本研究旨在为高职学前教育专业的持续改进与发展提供理论支持和实践指导。
Based on the concept of standardized talent cultivation,this article analyzes the problems existing in the current talent cultivation of vocational pre-school education majors.The aim is to improve the quality of talent cultivation through clear standards and norms,and further propose strategies for improving the teaching quality of vocational pre-school education majors,including standardization in curriculum design,teaching management,practical teaching,and faculty team.The specific implementation paths of these strategies are elaborated in detail,such as policy guidance,school enterprise cooperation,and international exchanges.This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the continuous improvement and development of preschool education majors in vocational colleges.
