交通安全领域实践育人体系的构建与优化

Construction and Optimization of Practical Education System in the Field of Traffic Safety

实践是提升研究生培养质量的重要途径。目前高校的实践育人体系面临理论与实践结合不充分、实习质量不高等问题。文章构建了研究生实践育人体系评价指标和模型,通过层次分析法明确评价模型权重,并以石家庄铁道大学安全学科实践育人体系为案例,应用模糊综合评价法对其实践育人效果进行评价,针对弱得分指标提出了效果提升建议。文章所得理论方法对指导交通安全领域安全类实践育人体系建设具有重要的指导意义。

Practical education is an important way to improve the quality of graduate education.At present,the practical education system in universities is facing problems such as insufficient integration of theory and practice,and low quality of internships.This article constructs evaluation indicators and models for graduate practical education system,clarifies the weight of the evaluation model through Analytic Hierarchy Process,and takes the safety discipline practical education system of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University as a case study.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the effectiveness of practical education,and suggestions for improving the effectiveness are given for weak scoring indicators.The theoretical methods obtained in this article have important guiding significance for the construction of safety related practical education systems in the field of traffic safety.
