摘要
中青年教师作为教师队伍的重要组成部分,在职业院校高质量发展中扮演着重要的角色。文章针对中青年教师发展中存在的问题,以激发教师发展的内生动力为着力点,通过分类引导教师制订个人规划,形成教师层面的诊改目标链,然后通过制度建设和学校总目标链分解等构建教师个人诊改标准链,搭建“三结合二平台一载体”实施路径,推动教师群体间协调发展,助力教师诊改目标达成。
Middle-aged and young teachers,as an integral part of the teaching staff,play a significant role in the highquality development of vocational colleges.The article addresses the existing issues in the development of middle-aged and young teachers,focusing on stimulating the endogenous motivation for teacher development.By guiding teachers to formulate personal plans based on classification,a chain of diagnosis and improvement targets at the teacher level is formed.Then,through system construction and decomposition of the school's overall target chain,a chain of personal diagnosis and improvement standards for teachers is constructed.The implementation path of"the integration of three elements,two platforms,and one carrier"is established to promote coordinated development among teachers and help achieve the goals of teacher diagnosis and improvement.
