数字化转型背景下英语教师素养提升策略研究

摘要 现代信息技术迅猛发展的浪潮中,大数据人工智能的赋能使英语教学模式发生了巨大变化,英语教学的数字化转型给英语教师带来了前所未有的机遇,如丰富教学资源、优化教学流程、拓展师生互动渠道、减少低阶工作,但同时也带来颠覆教师传统角色、过度依赖数字化教学、教师数字化素养不足导等挑战。为促进英语教学数字化转型,有关部门应全力打造完善的数字化教学环境,为数字化教学提供必要的硬件支撑,与此同时,教师也应当努力提升自主学习素养、人工智能应用素养、跨学科素养与情感沟通素养,以应对数字化转型带来的挑战,推动英语教学的良性发展。 In the wave of rapid development of modern information technology,the empowerment of big data and artificial intelligence has brought tremendous changes to the English teaching mode.The digital transformation of English teaching has brought unprecedented opportunities for English teachers,such as enriching teaching resources,optimizing teaching processes,expanding teacher-student interaction channels,and reducing low-level work.However,at the same time,it has also brought challenges such as subverting the traditional role of teachers,over reliance on digital teaching,and insufficient guidance on teachers'digital literacy.To promote the digital transformation of English teaching,relevant departments should make every effort to create a sound digital teaching environment and provide necessary hardware support for digital teaching.At the same time,teachers should also strive to improve their self-learning literacy,artificial intelligence application literacy,interdisciplinary literacy,and emotional communication literacy to cope with the challenges brought by digital transformation and promote the healthy development of English teaching.
