“三全育人”背景下高职院校资助育人工作路径研究

“三全育人”是新时代高职院校育人工作的重要依据和指向,在开展资助育人工作时,也要强调全员、全程、全方位育人,在保证学生基本生活和完成学业的同时,在心理健康、价值观念、就业辅导、道德品质等方面也能有针对性地帮扶。文章首先概述了高职院校资助育人工作的内涵,然后基于“三全育人”理念提出高职院校资助育人工作的策略,以期为高职院校资助育人工作的创新发展提供理论借鉴。

The"Three Comprehensive Education"is an important basis and direction for the education work of vocational colleges in the new era.When carrying out subsidized education work,emphasis should also be placed on educating all staff,the whole process,and all aspects.While ensuring students'basic living and completing their studies,targeted assistance can also be provided in areas such as mental health,values,employment counseling,and moral qualities.The article first outlines the connotation of subsidized education in vocational colleges,and then proposes strategies for subsidized education in vocational colleges based on the concept of"three comprehensive education",in order to provide theoretical reference for the innovative development of subsidized education in vocational colleges.
