能力导向的专业硕士培养影响因素识别

Identification of Influencing Factors of Competence-oriented Professional Master Training Based on Grounded Theory

为进一步提升我国专业型人才的培养质量,文章提出以能力导向为视角探究我国专业型硕士研究生培养体系的影响因素,基于专业期刊发表平台CNKI、万方数据、维普期刊共搜索到样本文献1082篇,借助扎根理论的三级编码形式,得出影响专业学位硕士研究生培养的关键因素包括职业能力、实践能力、创新能力、理论素养这四项主范畴名词,以此构建能力导向的专业学位硕士研究生培养质量影响因素模型,并对如何促进我国专业硕士能力培养的发展提出建议。

In order to further improve the quality of competency cultivation of professional talents in China,it is proposed to explore the influencing factors of China's professional master's degree cultivation system from the perspective of competency orientation.Based on the professional journal publication platform CNKI,Wanfang Data and Vipshop Journal,a total of 1082 sample documents were searched,and with the help of the three-level coding form of grounded theory,the key factors affecting the cultivation competency of professional master's degree students include the four main category terms of professional ability,practical ability,innovation ability and theoretical literacy are used to construct a model of factors influencing the quality of cultivation of competence-oriented professional degree postgraduates,and make suggestions on how to promote the development of competence cultivation of professional master's students in China.
