摘要
为探究我国传统学徒制思想对构建现代学徒制的影响,文章运用文献研究和社会调查法,对我国传统学徒制的起源、形成和发展进行分析,认为传统学徒制随我国漫长的历史发展而逐渐萌芽、演进、兴盛和衰落,是生产关系与业缘关系交织在一起的复杂的社会关系,具有人身依附、情感依赖、拟制血亲等特征,既含有积极因素,同时又夹杂着思想糟粕。因此,在构建中国特色现代学徒制的过程中,只有对其进行辩证的批判与吸收,才能守正出新,走出一条符合我国职业教育发展的特色之路。
In order to explore the influence of China's traditional apprenticeship ideology on the construction of modern apprenticeship,this paper analyzes the origin,formation and development of China's traditional apprenticeship system by using the method of literature research and social investigation,and believes that traditional apprenticeship is a complex social relationship that has gradually spgermination,evolution,prosperity and decline along with the development of China's long history.It has the characteristics of personal attachment,emotional dependence,fictitious blood relatives and so on,which contains both positive factors and ideological dross.Therefore,in the process of constructing the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,only by dialectical criticism and absorption can we keep the new and walk out a road that conforms to the characteristics of the development of vocational education in our country.
