摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视实践育人工作,指出“要把立德树人融入思想道德教育、文化知识教育、社会实践教育各环节”。社会实践是精彩的第二课堂,是“大思政”课堂中重要的育人抓手。大学生综合职业素养的习得养成离不开社会实践,实践主体和客体应多维链接,耦合互促,探索创新实践协同育人模式,助力提升新时代大学生的综合职业素养能力。文章以长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院“湘菜之子”实践为例,通过系列实践活动形成实践育人模式,构建“一融三联三促”实践育人体系,在高职院校实践育人模式构建中作出有益探索。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to practical education work,pointing out the need to"integrate moral education into all aspects of ideological and moral education,cultural knowledge,and social practice education".College students'social practice is a wonderful extracurricular activity and an important tool for cultivating students in the"big ideological and political"classroom.The acquisition and cultivation of comprehensive vocational literacy among college students cannot be separated from social practice.The subject and object of practice should be multi-dimensional linked,coupled and mutually promoted,exploring innovative practical collaborative education models,and helping to enhance the comprehensive vocational literacy ability of college students in the new era.The article takes the practice of"Son of Hunan Cuisine"at Changsha Vocational and Technical College of Commerce and Tourism as an example,and forms a practical education model through a series of practical activities,constructing a"one integration,three links,and three promotions"practical education system,and making useful explorations in the practical education model of vocational colleges.
