“1+X”证书制度下高职护理专业群“岗课赛证”融通人才培养模式探索

Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Model of"Job Course Competition Certificate"Integration in the Nursing Major Group of Higher Vocational Education under the"1+X"Certificate System

“1+X”证书制度的出现与职业教育改革的发展需求高度契合,在高职护理专业中具有极高的实践性和可行性。目前,“1+X”证书制度在我国高职护理专业中的应用仍处于试点工作阶段,其优势已然彰显。该制度在高职护理专业群的实施,为人才培养模式的创新提供了新方向。文章探讨了“1+X”证书制度下,高职护理专业群“岗课赛证”融通人才培养模式的实践与应用,以期提高护理专业学生的职业技能和综合素质,同时助力高职护理专业群适应社会发展和行业需求,促进高职护理专业教育教学改革持续推进。

The emergence of the"1+X"certificate system is highly compatible with the development needs of vocational education reform,especially in the nursing profession of higher vocational education,which has high practicality and feasibility.At present,the application of the"1+X"certificate system in China's vocational nursing profession is still in the pilot stage,and its advantages have already been demonstrated.The implementation of this system in the nursing major group of higher vocational education provides a new direction for the innovation of talent training mode.This article explores the practice and application of the"job course competition certificate"integration talent training model for vocational nursing majors under the"1+X"certificate system,in order to improve the vocational skills and comprehensive quality of nursing students,and also help vocational nursing majors adapt to social development and industry needs,promoting the continuous promotion of vocational nursing education and teaching reform.
