摘要
近年来,教育部深化“三全育人”综合改革,并将实践育人列入十大育人体系,强调坚持理论灌输与实践养成相融合。在追求质量和创新的实践发展新阶段,应用型民办高校实践育人模式的创新构建势在必行。竞赛是培养学生创新实践综合能力的有效途径,在高水平创新人才培养中发挥着重要作用。文章以粤港澳大湾区某民办高校模拟经营节大赛为例,总结归纳出“以赛促学、以赛促创”的实践育人模式,为粤港澳大湾区建设输送具备创新思维、实践能力的高质量应用型人才,以及民办高校进一步开展实践育人工作提供经验借鉴和理论参考。
In recent years,the Ministry of Education of China has deepened the comprehensive reform of"three comprehensive education"and included practical education in the ten major education systems,emphasizing the integration of theoretical indoctrination and practical cultivation.In the new stage of pursuing quality and innovation in practical development,the innovative construction of practical education models in application-oriented private universities is imperative.Competitions are an effective way to cultivate students'comprehensive abilities in innovation and practice,and play an important role in cultivating high-level innovative talents.The article takes the simulation operation festival competition of a private university in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area as an example to summarize and generalize the practical education model of"promoting learning and innovation through competition",providing experience and theoretical reference for the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and the delivery of high-quality applied talents with innovative thinking and practical ability,as well as for private universities to further carry out practical education work.
