Exploring Digital Talent Cultivation in Henan Province's Universities under Industry-Education Collaboration

数字经济的发展离不开高素质数字人才的支撑,河南省数字经济发展规模持续扩大,但仍面临人才供给与需求不匹配、教育体系与产业需求脱节等挑战。通过借鉴国内外先进的产教协同经验,结合河南省实际情况,文章提出优化校企合作机制、创新人才培养模式、完善实践教学体系等具体策略,旨在实现教育与产业的精准对接,提升河南省高校数字人才培养的质量和效率,助力河南省数字经济的高质量发展。

The development of the digital economy cannot be separated from the support of high-quality digital talents.The scale of digital economy development in Henan Province continues to expand,but it still faces challenges such as the mismatch between talent supply and demand,and the disconnect between the education system and industrial demand.By drawing on advanced experience in industry education collaboration at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation in Henan Province,this article proposes specific strategies such as optimizing school enterprise cooperation mechanisms,innovating talent training models,and improving practical teaching systems,aiming to achieve precise integration between education and industry,improve the quality and efficiency of digital talent training in Henan Province's universities,and assist in the high-quality development of the digital economy in Henan Province.
